Password Change Guide

 

  1. Log in to your online banking at pacecu.ca

  2. You will be brought to a page with our Terms & Conditions

  3. Once you have reviewed the terms & conditions, you can scroll to the very bottom of the page where you can type in your current password and select to either agree or disagree with the terms

    Once you agree to the terms, you will be prompted with a ‘Change Password’ page. Fill out the fields for your current password and you newly chosen password and then click submit to continue.

    Next you will have to provide some information for increased authentication, to ensure your information is secure. On this page you will be provided with a list of questions, from which you will need to select 3 and provide personal answers for them. (Be sure to select questions/answer that would not be easy for others to guess.)

  6. At the bottom of the ‘Increased Authentication’ page you can select next. (There is an option to “register this computer” only do this if you are using a personal computer, it is highly recommended that you not register shared computers.)

  7. Once you select next, you will have the ability to review the questions that you chose and the answers that you provided. If you are happy with what you selected continue by once again clicking ‘Next’.


Now you have reset your password and are ready to start banking!
