PACE’s new mobile banking app for iPhone and Android devices is ready when you are:

Look up account details, transaction history, make transfers, pay bills and find the nearest PACE branch and/or one of our 3,300 Ding Free ATMs.  All of this information is in the palm of your hand.  To login, simply use your online banking information.  It is safe, secure and very convenient.  Features include:

•    Manage multi accounts
•    View your account activity and your recent transactions
•    Pay bills
•    Transfer money between accounts
•    Use Interac e-transfer to send money securely
•    QuickView so you can quickly access  your accounts without logging in
•    Contact us
•    Find us using the Branch/ATM locator utilizing your phone’s GPS

If you are not currently an online member, you can still use the app to contact us, and locate ABM’s or find the nearest PACE location so that you can come in and visit and register for online privileges.  It’s that easy.


Downloading the PACE Credit Union iPhone app is easy:

•    Find the link here or open the App Store on your iPhone and search for PACE Credit Union
•    Review the information and click on the "FREE" icon in the top right corner
•    When the icon changes to "INSTALL APP", click on it again
•    When prompted, enter your App Store credentials
•    The app will download and install onto your device

FAQ’s


1. Is there a cost for the app?
No. The PACE Mobile App is FREE. Your standard data and messaging rates apply as the mobile app uses data.  Please check with your service provider for details and charges.


2. How do I download the mobile app on my iPhone, iPad or iPod?

The PACE Mobile App is easy to download:
•    Using your iPhone, iPad or iPod search for "PACE Mobile App" in the App Store
•    Select the app icon, and verify that the author of the app is PACE Credit Union
•    Tap the icon marked "Free," then tap again when it changes to "Install"

3. How do I download the mobile app on my Android mobile device?

The PACE Mobile App is easy to download:
•    From the Google Play store on your android search for PACE Credit Union
•    Download and install onto your mobile device

4. Will the mobile app work if I have a shared or joint account?
Yes. Just enter your account details as you normally would.

5. What is QuickView feature?
The QuickView feature will display the balances of the accounts that have been selected without logging in, any time that the app is open.

6. If my phone is lost or stolen, will my information be at risk?

Your account can only be accessed by entering your password. If you are using the QuickView feature, your account balances will be visible. For added security, we highly recommend that your iPhone password is protected.   As a rule, you should contact your mobile carrier right away to deactivate your phone. You may also change your personal access by contacting PACE directly.

7. Is my personal information safe with PACE’s mobile app?
As always, your privacy and security is our top priority.  Our mobile app uses the same high level of security and protection that our full online banking site uses, so you can feel right at home.  You log in with the same credentials and when you are finished and log out or close the app, your secure session will end

8. Will the app work while travelling?

Yes, it will.  We recommend that you contact your mobile service provider to find out about any roaming fees that may apply.  You can also use Wi-Fi to access the app.

9. Will I be able to access my account that I have set up from another FI to transfer funds?
The Me to Me transfer function will not be available through the mobile app but you are still able to use this feature through your mobile banking.

10. Can reoccurring bill payments be set up through the app?

Reoccurring bill payments cannot be set up through the app.  To set up reoccurring payments, you will need to access online banking from your desktop.

11. Can I add nicknames to my bill payees through the app?
Unfortunately, nicknames can only be added to bill payees using your online banking from your desktop.

12. Do I need to logoff from the app or just close the app?
It is always important to logoff completely from any site that you are using.  By choosing to just close the app down, you will remain logged into the app for 20 minutes.  That means that if you go to launch the app again and you have not logged off, you will enter the app without having to enter your password.
