Friends & Family Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

By accepting the PACE Rewards card you agree to the following terms and conditions:
•    The referral reward will be paid, by way of a PACE Promotional Rewards Card, within 60 days of the new referred member:

a)    successfully qualifying for a loan product of at least $5,000 or
b)     the new member uses their PACE account for full pay deposits

•    Only one Referral Incentive can be honoured for each Referred.
 
•    Each person who participates in the Campaign agrees to indemnify and save harmless PACE, including without limitation all of its divisions, and its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and others involved from and against all claims, demands, proceedings whatsoever relating to such participation or attempted participation in this Campaign. PACE is not liable for any lost or misdirected referral bonuses or for any other losses or damages whatsoever, whether of the foregoing character or otherwise, relating to the Campaign.

•    The Campaign is subject to cancellation at any time without notice. The terms of the Campaign are subject to change at any time by PACE and without notice.

•    Conditions of use of the card are contained in the Cardholder Agreement

Privacy

PACE Savings & Credit Union will not provide any member or potential member’s personal information to another party without prior consent from said individual; this means that no PACE employee will confirm or deny whether an individual is or is not a member. It is the responsibility/choice of the Referred to advise the Referrer of whether they opened a new membership and participated in the Referral Campaign.

Simply fill out your information on the coupons and pass the referral coupon on to a friend – when they open their accounts, they must present the referral coupon at opening – it's that easy!
