If your debit card is lost or stolen please notify PCU immediately by:

We work hard at protecting our members from fraud.  Please let us know when you travel abroad to prevent your debit card from being flagged due to a sudden change in usage by our fraud monitoring system.

Let us know the start and end dates of your travel and a notification will be added to your account; you can continue processing transactions using your debit card or make ATM withdrawals with peace of mind.

Our credit union telephone banking is available from any telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - Free of charge. All you need is a personal access code, which can be programmed over the phone.
