Account Access |
To access your PACE Online Banking Account you will need to obtain a Login ID and Password. This information is confidential and should be kept private. Without this information, an unauthorized person is unable to access your account. You can arrange for a Login ID and Password by contacting your PACE Personal Account Manager.
In order to further ensure your security while using online banking services, we have added additional features to the website. When an invalid Login ID or Password is used the following error message will appear:

| Transactions |
| PACE allows members to produce a statement of their online banking session. This “receipt” will list all transactions, including the transaction number, and the date and time it was made. Please print this “receipt” and keep it for your records. |
| Encryption Security |
| PACE Online Banking requires the use of 128-bit encryption. You will not be able to perform any banking transactions if your browser does not meet this encryption level. |
| User/Browser Security Information |
PACE has taken all precautions to ensure that the online banking service provided is secure and confidential. As an online banking user, there are additional precautions you can take to ensure your security.

· Do not write down your password and Login ID anywhere that can be accessed by someone other than yourself.
· Create a separate online banking password. Do not use your PIN!
· Empty your browser cache/history at the end of each online banking session.
· Close and re-open your Internet Browser Window after every banking session.
· Avoid leaving an online banking session unattended at your computer.
· Look for the "Padlock" indicating the secure status in your browser banking session.
